DO I NEED A RESERVATION TO COME IN & PAINT?
We highly recommend our customers to make a reservation for weekend and holiday visits. Walk-ins are first come, first served and not guaranteed. We don’t like to turn you away…so if you are coming on weekend, please reserve a table! $9 reservation fee will be credited to your final bill. You are not paying anything extra!
HOW MUCH WILL A VISIT COST?
Our Studio Fee is $9 per painter. It includes 2 hours of paint time, underglazes (ceramic paints), tools, glazing and firing. Plus the price of ceramic(s). Our pieces range from $20 to $54. Average ceramic price is $25 and ticket price is $36.
DO I NEED AN EXPERIENCE TO PAINT A POTTERY?
Nope! All levels of experience are encouraged to participate! Any age can experience the fun of painting!
DO YOU HAVE ANY KIDS PROGRAM?
YES! We do host kids events as well as adult workshop. Make sure follow us on instagram @colormeminecovina for a timely update!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PAINT?
Our painting session is 2 hours. Most of our painters finish within their painting session. If you have a reservation, please arrive by the start time of your 2 hour slot. If you are walking in, please make sure to arrive our studio 2 hours prior to the closing time so you have a plenty time to finish your piece! If you cannot finish, we can pack it up for you to take home and finish!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PIECE BACK?
Approximately 5-7 days. Your piece needs to dry, and is then dipped in clear glaze. Then it dries again. Once the piece is dry, it is placed in our kiln at 1,828 degrees. Our cooling down period is about 24 hours. Then we carefully examine the piece, including dremeling any sharp points, to make sure it is in great condition for you.
HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP MY POTTERY?
We keep them for 2 weeks at our studio. Please make sure that you leave a working phone no. with us so we can contact you. If your voice mail is full or not set up, we cannot leave the message. When in doubt, please call before you make a trip to our studio.
DO YOU OFFER FIRING SERVICE?
Unfortunately, we do not offer kiln rental or firing pieces created or purchased from other places for liability reason.

CAN I PAINT AT HOME?
Yes! You can take almost everything home to paint! You can also order it online for an easy pick up! Our online store do not carry everything we carry in the studio but some items are online exclusive.
CAN YOU FIRE THE ITEM I PAINTED AT OTHER COLOR ME MINE?
Color Me Mine is a franchise. Each studio is owned and operated individually. We will fire it with a valid receipt and $9 firing fee per piece. Please note we won’t be responsible for any problems or imperfections caused by ceramic piece defect if it was purchased at other studio.
